bFGF干预对下颌阻生牙手术患者血清IL-6水平的影响研究

摘要

目的 分析bFGF干预对下颌阻生牙手术患者血清白细胞介素水平的影响.方法 研究选取本院2014年1月至2016年6月间就诊并进行下颌阻生牙拔除术的患者159例进行研究,并根据患者治疗方案,分为观察组,阻生牙拔除术后在常规护理治疗的基础上接受bFGF干预,包含患者70例;对照组包含患者89例,阻生牙拔除后仅接受常规治疗护理.术后疗效判定以显效、好转、无效以及总有效率评价,分析比较术后并发症(出血、感染和干槽症)的发生率以及血清IL-6水平,研究使用SPSS 20.0行统计分析.结果 本研究中70例观察组患者和89例对照组患者可比性良好.观察组显效率92.86％,对照组显效率69.66％,观察组显效率显著高于对照组,P＜0.05;观察组的总有效率也显著高于对照组,两组的总有效率分别为98.57％和80.90％,P＜0.05.此外,研究中术后不良反应的统计结果提示,观察组的术后干槽症发生率为4.29％,显著低于对照组(19.10％),P＜O.05;治疗前两组患者IL-6水平差别未见统计学意义,治疗后两组的IL-6水平分别低于治疗前水平,差别均有统计学意义,均有P＜0.05;且治疗后观察组水平更低,P＜0.05.结论 bFGF联合治疗对提高下颌阻生齿拔除术术后效果具有良好效果,且可以降低IL-6表达,使血清IL-6表达水平更趋于正常状态.%Objective To investigate the effect of bFGF intervention on serum interleukin level in patients with mandibular impacted teeth.Methods A total of 159 patients were enrolled in this study who were admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016.These patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment regimen.The patients were divided into observation group,including 70 patients,who accept nursing treatment on the basis of bFGF intervention;and the control group with 89 cases of patients,for whom the impacted tooth removed after only conventional treatment care.The incidence of postoperative complications (bleeding,infection and dry sulcus)and the level of serum IL-6 were analyzed by SPSS 20.0,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 20.0.Results In this study,70 patients in the observation group and 89 patients in the control group were compared.The effective rate was 92.86％ in the observation group and 69.66％ in the control group respectively.The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with 98.57 ％ versus 80.90％ (P ＜ 0.05).In addition,the statistical results of postoperative adverse reactions suggested that the incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was 4.29％,significantly lower than the control group (19.10％) (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,the two groups of patients had no IL-6 level difference,while after the treatment,the levels of IL-6 in the two groups were both lower than those of pre-treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and the level of the observation group was even lower(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The combination of bFGF treatment has a good effect on improving the effect of mandibular impacted tooth extraction and can decrease the expression of IL-6 and make the level of serum IL-6 more normal.
