一种循环染色可回收染料的染色装置设计

摘要

One self-designed equipment and its working principle are introduced in this article, and the dyeing process of acid dyes on milk protein composite fiber/Modal(50/50)weft knitted underwear fabrics are taken as an ex-ample to analyze the dyeing effects. The results show that microwave and ultrasonic are used to assistant dyeing process in this equipment, thus, it has higher dyeing efficiency, and circular dyeing and recycling dyes can be re-alized.%文中介绍了自主设计的一种染色装置结构和工作原理，并通过以酸性染料染牛奶蛋白复合纤维与莫代尔混纺（50∶50）纬平针织内衣面料为例进行染色试验及测试。结果表明，该装置使用微波和超声波对染料及染色过程辅助处理，染色效率高，实现了循环染色、染料可回收的效果。
