基于骑行动作分析的自行车骑行裤的优化设计

         

摘要

从自行车骑行裤产生的历史、分类入手,提出骑行运动特点对骑行裤的设计要求;通过对骑行动作进行分析,找出在骑行运动中人体的主要受力部位,并对受力部位进行测量分析,得出骑行时下肢关键部位的变化量;然后结合裤装结构设计原理,对自行车骑行裤进行优化设计;并通过试穿试验,得到穿着舒适度的综合评价。指出优化设计措施:选择功能性针织面料;对前裆处省道的进行转移处理、增大后裆倾斜角和加大后裆长度、对膝盖和膝窝处的结构进行处理;在脚口处装拉链,进行收口设计;在后片育克位置和前片大腿部位安装反光条等。%In view of the generation and classification of cycling pants, the paper proposes the design require-ment. Based on the analysis of cycling motion, the mainly part of the force in riding sports are found, and also the variable quantity of the key part of the lower limb is got by measuring and analyzing those data. According to the design principle of pants structure, the optimal design for cycling pants is presented, besides, the comprehen-sive evaluation of wearing comfort degree is finished through try-on experiments. The optimal design methods in-cludes that selecting functional knitted fabric; transferring the front rise dart, increasing the back rise angle and length and processing the knee structure; fixing the zipper on leg opening and the reflective stripe on back yoke and front thigh place.
