改性棉针织物中性固色活性染料低盐染色

         

摘要

Cotton fabrics before and after modification were dyed by neutral fixation reactive dyes of three-pri-mary colours, and the effects of dyeing temperature, sodium chloride dosage and dye dosage on K/S value and fix-ation efficiency of dyed fabrics. Then color fastness of dyed fabrics before and after modification was tested and compared. The results show that the K/S value gradually increases with the rising of dyeing temperature, the K/S value of modified fabrics can be higher than conventional dyeing process only with 10 g/L sodium chloride; the dyeing and fixation rate of modified cotton fabric is higher than the unmodified cotton fabric, when dyeing, atten-tion should be paid to the level dyeing and dye permeability; the color fastness of modified cotton fabric is basi-cally consistent with unmodified cotton fabrics.%采用中性固色活性染料三原色对改性前后棉织物染色,分析了染色温度、氯化钠用量和染料用量3个因素对染色织物K/S值和固着效率的影响,测试并比较了改性前后染色织物的色牢度。结果表明:随着染色温度的升高,染色织物的K/S值逐渐增加,改性织物染色时只需加入10 g/L氯化钠就可达到比常规染色更高的K/S值;改性棉织物上染和固着速率高于未改性棉织物,染色时应注意匀染和透染性;改性棉织物的染色牢度与未改性棉织物基本一致。
