不锈钢纤维性能及其单面圆纬机织物编织工艺

         

摘要

纯不锈钢纤维的纺织加工性能明显有别于常规纺织纤维,尤其是摩擦阻力大、纱线延伸性差、纤维质量密度大等使不锈钢纤维的针织加工过程困难。基于不锈钢纤维、纱线与几种常规纤维、纱线基本性能的对比分析,探讨不绣钢纤维在单面圆纬机上编织时的工艺难点及解决办法,包括送纱方式,织针与沉降片选择,三角角度的调节,成圈系统数以及圆机运转速度的设置等。该研究为不锈钢纬编针织产品的开发与应用提供参考。%Pure stainless steel knitted fabric is growing with more and more applications because of the excel-lent properties of pure stainless steel fiber. However, the different properties of stainless steel fiber in comparison to the common textile fiber, especially the much more mass density and bigger frictional coefficient, and the poorer flexibility make the knitting process more difficult. Based on the characteristic of stainless steel fiber and yarn, this paper analyzes the problems existing in knitting process when knitted on the single circular machine and proposes the corresponding solutions.
