Based on the cotton/spandex plain knitted fabric as the research object, the paper deduces a new computational formula of spandex fiber content, gives the date relationship among spandex fineness, tensile rate and content in the graph and data form, and also shows the change trend of spandex fiber content intuitively at differ-ent cotton fineness and spandex combination conditions. In addition, the main factors affecting spandex fiber content are analyzed, including spandex brand and the spandex yarn tensile properties with different fineness. The results show that the characteristics of spandex differ greatly depending on the yarn brands and batches; the spandex fiber content of gray fabric bears a bigger difference when using different knitting machines; and the spandex fiber con-tent tested by hand-measuring method is closer to which tested by theoretical calculation method. The research re-sults of the paper can provide some references for guiding the production process and improving the quality of prod-uct.%以棉氨纶弹力纬平针织物为研究对象，建立氨纶含量的计算公式，将氨纶线密度、牵伸度与氨纶含量之间的数据关系汇总到一个表格里，并用图形表示出常见的不同线密度棉纱和氨纶组合情况下的氨纶含量值以及其变化趋势。同时从3方面探讨影响氨纶含量的因素：一是不同品牌、不同线密度氨纶纱线的拉伸性能测试，结果显示不同品牌的氨纶纱线之间的性能差异较大；二是在不同时刻和不同机台条件下织造试样，分析其坯布氨纶含量差异，结果显示不同机台生产的坯布其氨纶含量差异较大；三是用理论计算法、手拆法、溶解法3种方法测试氨纶含量，结果显示手拆法测试的氨纶含量值与理论计算法所得氨纶含量值更接近。研究结果为指导生产工艺和改进产品质量提供一定的参考。
