试析山东抗日根据地减租减息政策的实施

摘要

抗日战争爆发后，中共山东省委领导了多次武装起义，成立了统一的抗日民主政权，建立了各级抗日政府。1940年，山东抗日根据地基本形成。在山东抗日根据地创建和发展的过程中，减租减息运动经历了政策宣传、全面实施和查减巩固三个阶段，推动了根据地的建设和发展。%After the outbreak of anti-Japanese war, the CPC committee of Shandong province launched several uprisings, set up unified anti-Japanese democracy, and established anti-Japanese governments at all levels. And in 1940, the anti-Japanese base area in Shandong was established. In the process of establishment and development of this base area, the rent-and-interest reducing policy went through three stages (publicity, implementation and consolidation), thus furthering the construction and development of this base area.
