反相高效液相色谱法分离三联吡啶衍生物

         

摘要

采用反相高效液相色谱法对五种三联吡啶衍生物的混合物进行了分离。采用SymmetryC18分析柱(3.9mmi.d.×150mm,5μm),甲醇一水作为流动相,利用紫外检测器在280nm处对各物质进行分离检测。当流动相组成为甲醇一水(8:2),流速为0.8mL/min时,各物质在15min内均可以得到基线分离。五种三联吡啶衍生物在浓度为0.1-400tμg/mL时线性关系良好,回归系数均大于0.9993,各组分相对标准偏差小于2.2%。%A method was proposed for the separation and determination of five tepyridine derivatives by high performance liquid chromatography. The separation was carried out on a Symmetry C18 (3.9mm i. d. x 150mm, 5~m) column with methanol-water (8:2) as mobile phase and detection wavelength (280nm) in room tempera- ture, isotropic elution. Measurement could be finished in 15min with a good linearity for samples concentration range from 0.1 ~g/mL to 400p~g/mL and the relative standard deviation below 2.2%. This method is simple, efficient, and accurate.
