履带式香蕉田间运输小车的仿真设计

         

摘要

针对南方中小型香蕉种植户人工采收香蕉费时费力易发生碰伤的问题,设计了一种履带式田间运输小车,并进行了三维建模仿真。为了适应香蕉种植复杂地形,该小车的动力系统采用燃油驱动,悬挂系统采用能有效减少香蕉碰伤、压伤的结构设计。结果表明,该小车结构简单,性价比高,可降低农户劳动强度,提高香蕉商品化率,易于推广。%A small tracked vehicle for banana transportation in field was designed and simulated in this paper.This type vehicle could well work in the complex terrain banana fields for small scale farm in south China.With the fuel oil system, the suspension system of the recovery and the tracked base, the vehicle could support more bananas effectively and reduce the scratch during the transport process, while decrea-sing the labor intensity of farmer.With advantages of simple structure, high performance, low price, and easy to be used, it will have positive significance to improve fruit product with a broad market prospect.
