'全面小康'背景下农民收入增长问题研究——基于2008-2014年北京、上海、天津和广州4市面板数据模型分析

摘要

基于2008-2014年北京、上海、天津和广州4市统计数据,以农民人均纯收入为被解释变量,以经济增长率、财政支农支出增长率、城镇化率和农民受教育水平为解释变量构建面板数据模型.实证结果表明:经济增长率、财政支农支出增长率和城镇化率3个变量均对农民人均纯收入增长具有显著的正向促进作用.因此,加快经济发展、加强财政支农支出投入力度和推进新型城镇化战略成为新时期促进农民收入持续增长的重要手段.%Based on the statistical data from 2008 to 2014 about Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin and Guangzhou 4 Cities,per net income of farmers was regarded as explained variable,and the economic growth,fiscal expenditure on agriculture growth, urbanization rate and educational level were regarded as explanatory variables to construct the panel data model.The results showed that three variables, the economic growth,fiscal expenditure on agriculture growth and urbanization rate, had a significant positive role in promoting the per net income growth.Speeding up economic development,strengthening of fiscal expenditure on agriculture investment,promoting the new urbanization strategy should been regarded as the most important means.
