基于 SWOT 分析的科研项目管理廉政风险防控研究--以镇江市财政资助项目为例

Taking Zhenjiang municipal financial aid programs for example, from the perspective of integrity and risk, this thesis adopts SWOT model to analyze the whole process of scientific research project management.Based on this, the risk prevention and control system is designed, the integrity and risk is scientifically evaluated so as to strictly control the whole process of financial aid project.%以镇江市市级财政资助项目为例，从廉政风险的角度对科研项目管理的全过程进行SWOT分析，并在此基础设计廉政风险防控体系，对廉政风险进行科学评估，对财政资助项目廉政风险进行全程控制。
