液压舵机是船舶最重要的辅机之一,舵机结构复杂,故障繁多且不易排除。以“舵机不能转动”故障为例,利用故障树分析法建立故障树模型,并进行定性和定量分析,得出故障树最小割集和各底事件的概率重要度,将故障树的分析结果应用于故障的排查和分析,可以直观、高效地解决问题。这种方法可以为舵机的维修和维护提供依据。%Hydraulic steering gear is the most important ship auxiliary machinery.Its structure is complicated with various faults and difficult to eliminate.This thesis sets up fault tree model based on fault tree analysis,taking the steering gear fault of not rotating as an example,and discusses the minimal cutest of fault and the probabilistic im-portance through the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The trouble shooting analysis is conducted by the result.It can solve audio-visually and efficiently by this method,which provides references for repair and mainte-nance of ship steering gear system.
