组织知识传播与共享评价指标体系及其RS权重配置

摘要

As an important component of the knowledge chain, the implement effect of knowledge propagation and sharing directly reflected the benefit of the knowledge chain and knowledge management ( KM). The index system of knowledge propagation and sharing from organizational level was established and got good benefit of weight allocation by rough sets ( RS) which was used to calculate the weight of indexes. An attribute weight calculating system based on RS ( RS - AWCS) was designed and developed for decision tables with multi-attributes. Efficiency and effect of the system were tested by a specific example.%知识传播与共享作为知识链上重要一环,其实施效果直接影响知识链乃至知识管理(KM)的整体绩效.作者从组织层面建立了知识传播与共享的评价指标体系,并采用粗集(RS)方法求解相应指标的权重,取得了较好的权重配置效益.针对属性数目较多的决策表,作者设计开发了一套基于RS的属性权重计算系统(RS-AWCS),通过具体实例的计算,验证了系统效率和有效性.
