目的:检测人喉鳞状细胞癌组织中c-myc和cyclinD1蛋白的表达。方法:采用免疫组化法检测80例喉鳞状细胞癌和30例声带息肉组织中c-myc和cyclinD1蛋白的表达,分析两蛋白的表达与喉鳞状细胞癌患者临床病理特征的关系及二者表达的关联性。结果:喉鳞状细胞癌组织中c-myc和cyclinD1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为67.5%和52.5%,声带息肉组织中未见阳性表达,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。c-myc蛋白的表达与喉鳞状细胞癌患者的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移及5 a生存率均有关(X2=4.268、6.419、5.673和6.180,P<0.05)。喉鳞状细胞癌组织中二者的表达呈正关联(rp=0.241,P=0.026)。结论:喉鳞状细胞癌组织中c-myc和cyclinD1蛋白呈高表达,二者可能在喉鳞状细胞癌的发生中起协同作用。%Aim: To detect the expressions of c-myc and cydinDl in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) tissue. Methods: Iraraunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of c-myc and cyclinDl in 80 cases of LSCC and 30 cases of vocal cord polyp tissue. Results :The positive rates of c-myc and cyclinDl were 67. 5% and 52. 5% in the LSCC tissue,which were negative in the vocal cord polyp tissue( P <0. 001) . The expression of c-myc protein was related with the clinical stage, differentiation grade, lymph node metastasis and 5-year survival rate of patients with LSCC (X2 =4. 268,6.419 ,5. 673, and 6. 180,P < 0.05). The expression of c-myc in LSCC tissue was associated with that of cyclinDl (rp =0.241 ,P =0.026). Conclusion:c-myc and cyclinDl have high expression in LSCC tissue,which is involved in the carcinogenesis of LSCC.
