不同色光刺激对大鼠初级视皮层神经元场电位的影响

     

摘要

目的:检测不同色光刺激对大鼠初级视皮层(V1区)神经元场电位的影响.方法:将10只健康成年SD大鼠麻醉固定,分别在左(右)大脑Vl区慢性植入记录电极,在额叶植入参考电极,于术后第5、7和9天给予白、红、绿色闪光刺激,分析不同实验时间和色光刺激对大鼠V1区场电位幅值和面积变化的影响.结果:不同色光和实验时间对大鼠V1区神经元场电位的幅值和面积均有影响(P均<0.05).其中白光所致场电位在第7、9天较刺激前和第5天均增强(P<0.05),且与红光相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);绿光刺激后V1区场电位在第7、9天较刺激前增强(P<0.05),且在第9天强于红光(P<0.05).各实验时间红光刺激后Vl区场电位无明显变化.结论:白、绿色闪光刺激均能致大鼠V1区的电活动明显变化.%Aim: To test the effect of different chromatic light stimulation to the local field potential in the primary visual cortex(Vl region) of rats. Methods: After anesthetized and fixed, ten healthy adult SD rats were slowly implanted recording electrode in the left (right) Vl region, and the reference electrode in the frontal lobe. The average amplitude and area of field potential in the Vl region were analyzed before and after each stimulation at 5th,7th,9th days after operation, when rats were given white, red and green flashing stimulation. Results: There were same trends of changing with the stimulation days in the average amplitude and area of field potential. The changing of local field potential by white light was significant stronger than stimulation before(P <0.05)and the 5th day(P <0.05)at 7th and 9th days,and stronger than the red at the 7th day(P <0.05) and 9th day(P <0.05). There was only a significant increase than stimulation before in the cortical field potential by green light at the 7 th day ( P < 0. 05) and the 9 th day ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the field potential were significantly stronger than the red at the 9th day( P < 0.05 ) . There was no significant difference within the red light stimulation days. Conclusion: The white and green flashing stimulation could induce electrical activity change on Vl region.
