Aim:To develop an applied measurement scale for Chinese hospital inpatient experience monitoring .Methods: Items of the scale were screened and modified by the focus group , inpatients and experts.Recovery rate , the response rate, reliability analysis , item analysis , exploratory factor analysis were applied to select items .Results and Con-clusion: The effective recovery rate was 95.5% , the total response rate was 99.2% , and Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.926,the split-half reliability was 0.948.There were three items with low level in response rate , CR value, correlation, communality and factor loading.When deleting them , the KMO was 0.922.The 6 common factors were extracted by factor analysis , and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 62.256 % .In the end, the scale included seven dimensions , and consisted of 29 experience items and 3 satisfaction items.%目的:开发适合我国医疗服务评价的住院患者体验量表.方法:通过文献回顾、患者访谈、专家咨询等方法确立预测量表条目.以400例住院患者为调查对象,采用现场调查的方式获取数据,结合项目分析、信度分析、探索性因子分析等方法进行条目筛选.结果与结论:量表有效回收率为95.5%,总应答率为99.2%,总量表的克朗巴赫α系数为0.926,分半信度系数为0.948."就诊指示"、"医生满足要求"和"护士满足要求"这3个条目的应答率、决断值、相关系数、共同性和因素负荷量较低,这3个条目删除后,经探索性因子分析,KMO=0.922,提取6个公因子,累积方差贡献率为62.256%.最终量表框架包括7个维度29个核心体验条目和3个满意条目.
