智能大厦能源综合管理系统研究

摘要

Integraged managing system of energy sources in the intelligent building named Baihua Plaza is introduced. The system consists of computer system, DMX center g age reader, pulse meter, communication interface and the I2C bus. Taking the m easurement of cold air, water and electricity as examples, the special reading m ode of gage is introduced. With the sampler, the mechanical signal of the water meter and electric meter or the opening time of the fancoil changed into th e digital signals, then, according to the digital files, the system software mea sures the practical uses by the digital signals, so the functions of realtime measurement; procedural measurement; auto reading; auto accounting and so on are realized. Especially, the measurement of central air condition system is substi tuted by the practical use for the previous mode as per area before. Moreover, t he system can save energy sources and raise the modernized management level of t his building.%介绍了智能大厦百花广场的能源综合管理系统.该系统由计算机系统、DMX集中抄表 仪、脉冲计量表、通讯接口、I2C总线组成.以冷气、水、电的计费为例，介绍了该大厦 特殊的抄表方式——通过采样器将水、电表机械走度信号或风机盘管二通阀的开启时间转换 为数字信号，系统软件根据由此产生的数据文件来计算各被测点的实际用量，从而实现了实 时测量、远程测量、自动抄表、自动计算等功能.特别是对中央空调系统，实现了按各用户 实际使用量进行计量，改变了以往大多数按面积分摊冷气费用的不合理做法，同时达到了节 省能源、提高大厦现代化管理水平的目的.
