基于Vague熵权的模糊TOPSIS多属性决策方法

         

摘要

Many fuzzy multi-attribute decision making problems will sort all kinds of plans and select the optimal plan under the condition of weights well known. Focusing on the problem of the weight unknown, a new entropy function based on Vague set is proposed aimed to solve the multi-attribute decision making question. Here the deficiencies of the exiting entropy of Vague set is pointed out. In the existing method, the contribution of fuzziness or unknown degree on entropy is not considered. In this method, the entropy weights of attributes can be determined by the new entropy function and the TOPSIS method based on entropy weights of Vague set is given. It will avoid the sort under too subjective conditions. Finally, an example is given to describe the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.%许多模糊多属性决策问题都是在权重已知的条件下,对各个方案进行排序,选出最优方案,很少在权重未知的情况下,考虑各方案的排序.笔者在权重未知的情况下,针对这种过于主观的情况对模糊条件下属性值为Vague值的多属性决策问题,根据Vague集熵的定义提出一种新的基于Vague集的熵函数,并给出了相应的证明,同时指出了现有Vague集熵存在的缺陷,这些缺陷通常是没有考虑模糊性或未知度对熵的贡献,然后根据这种新的熵函数确定公式得到各属性的熵权,从而给出了基于Vague集熵权的TOPSIS方法,避免了过于主观条件下对各方案的排序.最后,通过一个计算实例说明了该方法的有效性和实用性.
