T he detection of glycoside compounds is the primary means to study the metabolism of hydroxyl-or activated hydroxyl-pollutants in plants.However,it limits the development of the research in the field of metabolism in plants due to the lack of the standard sample of glycoside derivatives in present.In order to obtain the standard sample,westudythe synthesis method of bromophenolglucoside and intermediate product asa case study of 2,4-dibromophenol.2,4-Dibromophenylglucopyranoside wassynthesized from 2,4-dibromophenol and 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetylglucopyranosyl bromide by using O-glycosylation with tetra-n-butylammonium bromide as a catalyst and then hydrolyzed in a aqueous solution oftriethylamine.The structures of the target compound and intermediates were characterized by 1H NMR and IR.%糖苷类化合物的检测是研究含羟基或经活化后含羟基污染物在植物体内代谢的首要手段,然而目前还没有市售糖苷类化合物标样,限制了相关领域研究工作的开展.为得到该类化合物的标样,以2,4-二溴酚为例,研究了溴酚葡萄糖苷及中间产物的合成方法.以2,4-二溴酚和2,3,4,6-O-四乙酰基-α-D-溴代葡萄糖为原料,经四丁基溴化铵催化糖苷化及三乙胺碱性水解等反应步骤,成功合成2,4-二溴酚葡萄糖苷,并采用核磁共振(NMR)及傅里叶红外色谱(IR)等手段对其结构进行了表征.
