数量柔性契约下引入激励的服务供应链协调性研究

         

摘要

Based on quantity flexibility contract, this paper constructed a pure service two-echelon structure and analyzed the service supply chain's incentive mechanism and coordination mechanism. The paper argues that in order to optimize the benefits of service supply chain, it calls for the service provider to implement incentive mechanism on service supplier, and the incentive mechanism directly affects the coordination criteria and the feasibility of coordination in service supply chain as well as the flexibility of profit distribution. The results show that service supply chains based on quantity flexibility contract can realize coordination, and has good flexibility of the profit distribution; but different from the product supply chain, service supply chain coordination is subject to related parameters from specified service supply chains such as suppliers' effort cost, demand distribution under different efforts, etc.%基于数量柔性契约的交易环境,建立服务供应链激励模型和协调模型,分析了其内在机制.认为服务供应链不同于产品供应链,为了实现效益最优化,需要综合服务提供商向专业服务供应商实施努力激励;同时,激励机制的出现使供应链的协调模型发生极大改变,直接影响了服务供应链协调的基本要求、协调可行性条件和利润分配柔性等性质.分析得出,数量柔性契约下服务供应链也能够实现协调,而且会拥有良好的利润分配柔性,但服务供应链的协调实现受制于特定服务供应链的相关参数影响,如供应商的努力成本、不同努力下的需求分布特点等,因此这一问题变得更加复杂.
