城市绿地避灾功能的改造对策--以杭州钱江新城CBD核心区为例

摘要

The urban green space is an important part of urban disaster avoiding system .In this paper ,the current status of green land in Hangzhou Qianjiang new CBD core area is taken for case study .After evaluating its existing outer space condition , in particular that of the three large green space , we put forward specific strategies of integrating the external resources ,optimizing the internal layout of the urban green space ,selecting the tree species , and improving its public facilities to enhance the disaster prevention function of the urban .%城市绿地是城市防灾系统的重要组成部分，在当前城市安全体系尚不完善的现状下，应高度重视其作为避灾场所的重要作用。以杭州市钱江新城核心区绿地建设现状为例，通过客观评价现有外部空间条件，立足3大绿地空间，提出采取外部资源有效整合、内部空间优化、避灾树种选配、设施改良等措施，完善城市避灾功能，提升避灾能力。
