近场被动式毫米波成像准光路系统设计

         

摘要

近场被动式毫米波成像是一种针对人员藏匿武器的最有前景的安全检查技术.基于几何光学法和高斯波束法,设计了近场被动式毫米波成像的准光路系统.该系统采用一对平面反射镜分别对目标平面垂直方向和水平方向进行一维扫描,由一块双折射面透镜对毫米波波束聚焦成像,用工作波长为3 mm的辐射计作为探测器接收毫米波辐射信号.最终实现与目标平面距离小于1.5m、成像面积为1.2m×0.6m、空间分辨率为30mm的准光路系统.理论分析和仿真结果证实该系统具有良好的成像质量,满足设计指标要求.该系统可应用于公共检查场所,实现非接触式安全检查.符合近场被动式毫米波成像重量轻、结构紧凑、成像质量高的发展方向.%Near‐field passive millimeter wave imaging is one kind of the most promising technologies for the safety inspection of concealed weapons .A quasi‐optical system of near‐field millimeter wave imaging is designed based on geometrical optics and Gaussian beam method .The system uses a pair of planar mirrors to scan the target plane along the vertical and the horizontal direction ,respectively .A double refraction lens is used to realize focus imaging of millimeter wave .Meanwhile ,it adopts a bolometer working at 3 mm wavelength as a detector to receive millime‐ter wave radiations .The distance between the target plane and the system is less than 1 .5 m ,the imaging area is 1 .2 m × 0 .6 m and the spatial resolution is 30 mm .Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the system has good imaging quality and meets the design index .It can be applied for public inspection in particular for non‐con‐tact safety inspection ,and adapts to the development of near‐field passive millimeter wave imaging system which features light weight ,compact volume and high imaging quality .
