多体动力学与有限元联合仿真的时变载荷历程模型

     

摘要

针对目前仿真异构系统之间信息难以集成与共享和仿真分析的准确度与效率不高等问题,提出面向多体动力学与有限元联合仿真的时变载荷历程模型.构建时变载荷历程模型,通过对多体动力学载荷文件的提取与转化,利用ANSYS参数化设计语言(APDL)与宏命令进行二次开发,将载荷文件导入有限元分析系统中,把曲面离散为小单元的网格面,根据载荷分布特征函数与曲面的形状,计算出曲面上各节点所受的载荷,自动将载荷离散并加载到需加载的曲面上,从而实现多体动力学与有限元异构系统信息的联合仿真,有效提高仿真分析的精度和效率.%In allusion to problems that the information from different systems is difficult to share and in-tegrate, and the efficiency and precision of simulation are not sufficient at present, a time varying load course model based on co-simulation of multibody dynamics and finite element was put forward. The load files of multibody dynamics system were extracted, transformed and imported into the finite element analy-sis (FEA) system using ANSYS parametric design language (APDL) and macros. The curved surfaces were discretized into smaller unit mesh, and the node loads of the curved surfaces were calculated, dis-cretized and loaded according the load distribution function and the surface shape. The co-simulation based on the heterogeneous system information of multibody dynamic and FEA was carried out, and the precision and efficiency of simulation were improved.
