基于可靠度的混凝土结构耐久性环境区划

     

摘要

Focused on the interaction between external environments and structures, the area of national environments related to the durability of concrete structures was divided into different parts according to the degree of external environments' effects on the structures, which presents the basic idea of how the regional durability regulation could be obtained. Firstly, some basic principles for the normal inside conditions of structures or components were put forward, and some reference values were fixed to simplify the inside conditions which would be a base of the service life prediction. Then, the limit state and the target reliability index under carbonation were determined, and also the carbonation depth model in this zonation was established correspondingly based on the experimental study of the influences of temperature, humidity and concrete strength on carbonation depth in concrete. Therefore, the probabilistic method was applied for the prediction of durable life of concrete structures. Taking the results of predicted service life as dominant indication, the boundary lines of delineation were determined based on the principle that the gradient of damage in each zone was relatively equal. Finally, the environmental zonation under atmospheric condition in China was established according to the effects of environments on the durability of concrete structures. Associated with the current specifications, procedures for durability design of concrete structures using the given zonation method were provided.%以混凝土结构设计区划为研究对象,根据环境对混凝土结构寿命的影响程度,对影响混凝土结构耐久性的环境因素进行区域等级划分,并提出给定分区耐久性设计指标规定的基本方法.综合国内外研究成果,给出与耐久性有关的标准内部参照条件的确定原则及相应参数的基准参考值.针对碳化作用,结合环境温度、湿度和混凝土强度对混凝土碳化深度影响的试验研究,建立适合于区划的结构耐久性极限状态和耐久可靠指标及相应的预测模型,确定了结构耐久性寿命预测的概率方法.以预测的耐久寿命为主导标志,根据损伤梯度等分原则确定区域划分边界值,建立了全国版图范围内碳化侵蚀作用下的混凝土结构耐久性环境区域划分,给出了与现行规范相结合的利用区划进行混凝土结构耐久性设计的具体方法.
