By fuzzy approach, determination was made of the membership function concerning the man-hours each operation took in the network. Usefulness could be made of related formulae to obtain λ-cut-set time parameters of each operation in the fuzzy network and fuzzy execution cycles of the key routes. A closer resemblance to the engineering reality, this approach were proved to be feasible and practicable and thus superior to traditional PERT technique .%采用模糊数学的方法,确定了网络图中工序时间的隶属函数,利用 λ-截集时间参数的计算公式,可求得模糊网络各工序λ-截集的时间参数及关键线路的模糊完成期.此方法可行、 实用,更接近工程实际,优于传统的PERT法.
