大学体育'课内外五结合'的教育模式构建

摘要

为研究大学体育的教育模式,结合当前大学体育教育存在的问题,构建了大学体育"课内外五结合"的教育模式,该模式包括"体育课程导论""运动技术课堂教学""体育文化知识讲座""体质训练监测""体育俱乐部业余训练与竞赛"等5个模块,并探讨了各模块的教育内容、实施策略及评价办法.该模式在浙江师范大学行知学院进行了运行实践,结果表明:它不仅能调动大学生体育锻炼的积极性,还能激发教师教学的潜能;整合学校体育教学的资源,充分体现了体育的教育作用.%To study college physical educational model , it was considered the current problems of college physical education , the model included introduction to Physical Education; Sports Technology Classroom Teaching;Sports Culture Knowledge Lecture;Physical Training Test;Sports Club Amateur Training and Com-petition .It was also discussed the educational content , implementation strategy and evaluation method of each module .The model was put into practice in Xingzhi College , Zhejiang Normal University .The results showed that:it could not only active the students′enthusiasm of college physical exercise , but also stimulate the teaching potential of teachers , integrate school physical education resources , and fully reflect the role of physi-cal education .
