径-扭复合模式超声功率合成振动系统仿真分析

         

摘要

为提高超声复合振动系统的功率,提出了一种径-扭模式转换型超声椭圆振动功率合成系统.该系统由一组纵向振动夹心式压电超声换能器与锥形剖面斜缝式圆环径向复合而成.采用有限元方法对斜缝式圆环的径-扭复合振动特性进行了研究.结果表明:圆环第1、2阶共振频率随斜缝角度、缝数及缝长的增大而降低;其第1阶共振频率随缝位置的增大而增大,而第2阶共振频率随缝位置的增大先升高后降低.设计制作了实验样机,并对其径-扭共振频率及径-扭复合共振椭圆运动轨迹进行了测试,结果显示,仿真与实验结果比较一致.%In order to improve the power capacity of the ultrasonic composite vibration system , a new type of radial-torsional composite mode ultrasonic ellipitical vibration power synthetic system was presented .The sys-tem consisted a group of logitudinal sandwich piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers and a tapered profile metal ring with a series of diagonal slots , which were composited in the radial direction .By using the FEM method , the vibration performance of the diagonally slotted ring is studied .It was showed that the first and second order resonance frequency of the ring increased with the increase of the oblique angle , the number and the length of slots of the ring; the first order resonance frequency of the ring increased with the slots location increased , while the second order resonance frequency of the ring rose in the first stage and then decreased with the in -crease of the slots position .By testing the radial-torsional resonance frequency and the ellipse motion orbit of the trial-made power synthesizer , it was illustrated that the simulation results were in good agreement with measurement .
