低浓度乙醇重整燃料发动机空燃比控制系统的设计与试验

             

摘要

利用发动机尾气余热对低浓度乙醇进行催化重整,生成一种富含H2、CO等可燃性气体的发动机替代燃料。由于重整反应过程中,温度、流量、乙醇浓度等因素会对重整产物的组分造成影响,使燃料的理论空燃比发生变化,设计了一种低浓度乙醇重整燃料发动机空燃比控制系统,对发动机的空燃比进行实时调节,并在低浓度乙醇重整燃料发动机上进行试验。试验结果表明,空燃比控制系统基本达到了设计的预期效果,降低了发动机的排气温度,提高了发动机的燃料利用率。%Use engine exhaust heat on low concentration ethanol catalytic reforming to produce an engine alternative fuels containing flammable gas such as H2 , CO. Because temperature ,flow rate ,the ethanol concentration and other factors will affect the components of the reformate in the process of reforming reaction to change fuels ’ theoretical air-fu-el ratio ,We design an Air-fuel ratio Control system of Low concentration alcohol reforming engine to make a real -time adjustment of the engine’ s air-fuel ratio and we experiment with Low concentration alcohol reforming engine. The re-sult of the experiment demonstrates that this Air -fuel ratio Control system achieves the desired effect ,reduces the tem-perature of the engine exhaust gas and improves the fuel efficiency of the engine .
