轴承MTO生产协同制造执行系统建构与应用

摘要

面向MTO的轴承生产特征，构建其生产管理的三层系统模型。按照协同制造的资源信息实时可视化、物流控制同步化的要求，对生产基层数据采集和生产物流管理进行系统设计，并完成了一个面向MTO的轴承协同制造系统。%Based on the analysis of the bearing manufacturing characteristics, the paper proposes a control-model to fit the MTO production. According to the requirements on the information visualization and material synchronization, the scheme on the data-col-lection with wireless equipment and network is introduced, and the control system of material-flows is designed, so as to realize a co-operative manufacturing system with detailed illustration.
