产教融合与校企一体化的路径分析

摘要

The imbalances between professional education and industrial structure, industrial demands and talent supply, caused by the backwardness of the system and mechanism of higher vocational education, have always been a trouble to the development of higher vocational education. To resolve this problem, further research should be made into the system development of modern vocational education and the core elements of industry-education fusion and college-enterprise integration. This paper makes amendments to the routes of industry-education fusion and college-enterprise integration, so as to form the new development routes for them.%高职教育体制机制的滞后所导致的专业教育与产业结构、产业需求与人才供给的失衡始终困扰着高等职业教育的发展，为破解这一难题，需深入探索现代职业教育体系发展和产教融合与校企一体化的核心要素，照此对产教融合与校企一体化的路径进行进一步的修正，形成新的发展路径。
