油茶不同无性系芽苗嫁接繁殖试验

摘要

以油茶(Camellia oleifera)不同无性系为试验材料,运用芽苗嫁接技术进行无性繁殖.结果表明:油茶芽苗嫁接成活率平均值为62％(2009年)、65.7％(2010年),—年生苗高生长平均值为22.6 cm,二年生苗高生长平均值43.7 cm.不同无性系和萌发能力与嫁接成活率相关性不明显,嫁接苗高生长与砧木种子质量和接穗品种萌发能力相关.%Grafting experiment of Camellia oleifera were conducted for rapid reproductive propagation by using scions from different improved variety of C.oleifera clones. The results showed that the grafted C. Oleifera got an average survival rate of 62% (2009) and 65.7% (2010), respectively. 1-year old grafted seedlings had an average height of 22.6 cm, 2-year old grafted seedlings had an average height of 43.7 cm. Different clones didn't demonstrate correlation to survival rate, also to sprouting ability. Height growth of grafted seedling correlated with seed quality and sprouting ability.
