Tests were implemented on thermal properties of soybean adhesives,as well as on effect of aging time,glue consumption and hot-pressing technology on bamboo floor performance.The results showed that bamboo floor performance could meet state standard requirements with the aging time of one hour,glue consumption of 200 g/m2,hot-pressing temperature of 145℃,hot-pressing time of 2.5 min/mm,hot-pressing positive pressure of 4 MPa.Formaldehyde emission of manufactured bamboo floor could accord Japanese F★★★★ standard.%研究了大豆基胶粘剂的热学性能,以及陈化时间、施胶量和热压工艺对竹地板性能的影响,结果表明,以陈化时间1h,施胶量200 g/m2为宜,较佳的热压工艺参数为热压温度145℃,热压时间2.5 min/mm,热压正压力4 MPa,产品性能达到竹地板的国家标准要求,且甲醛释放量为0.07 mg/L,达到日本F★★★★标准.
