宁心安神法对腹泻型肠易激综合征模型大鼠生长抑素的影响

摘要

[Objective]To investigate the effect of Ningchang Decoction on small intestine's movements and Somatostatin of Big Mice with Diarrhea IBS resulted from stimulation of proper fettering and tail-clamping. [Approach] 1. Divide 72 SD male big mice into rows of normal comparison, model comparison, treating with Dicetel, treating with Ningchang Decoction of low dosage, treating with Ningchang Decoction of moderate dosage and the ones with large dosage. 2. Create the mice model of Diarrhea IBS with proper fettering and tail-clamping by adopting Williams RW's way. Then research the effect of Ningchang Decoction on small intestine's movements.3. Test changes of levels of SS in all big mice's blood serums by ELISA. [ Results ] 1.The rate of small intestines' ink -preceding of model comparison row is much faster than that of normal comparison row, while all the treating rows' ink-preceding are lower than model comparison row.2.The levels of blood serums' SS of model comparison row are obviously lower than normal comparison row. The mice which suffer from the unbalance of liver and spleen have higher level of SS when treating with Ningchang Decoction of large dosage. [Conclusion] 1.Ningchang Decoction can suppress the exceed small intestine's movements of mice which stimulated by proper fettering.2.Ningchang Decoction helps to enhance the level of SS in all big mice' s blood serums.%[目的]观察宁心安神法(宁肠汤)对束缚应激+适度夹尾刺激致腹泻大鼠小肠运动功能及血清生长抑素(SS)的影响,并探讨其作用机理.[方法]将SD雄性大鼠72只随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、得舒特组、宁肠汤低、中、高剂量组,采用williams改良方法建立束缚应激+适度夹尾刺激致大鼠泄泻模型,观察宁心安神法(宁肠汤)对大鼠小肠运动功能的影响;并以酶联免疫分析法检测各组大鼠血清中SS的变化.[结果]模型对照组大鼠小肠墨汁推进率较正常对照组明显提高(P＜0.05),而各治疗组较模型对照组明显下降(P＜0.05);模型组大鼠血清SS水平较正常对照组明显降低(P＜0.01);高剂量宁肠汤能明显升高腹泻型IBS模型大鼠血清SS含量.[结论]宁肠汤能抑制束缚应激大鼠亢进的小肠蠕动,对束缚应激致腹泻大鼠血浆中的SS有明显的调节作用,提示中药有可能通过调节胃肠激素而达到治疗作用.
