干燥综合征从肾阴虚论治

摘要

The deficiency of kidney induces five solid organs loss to nourish and five orrifice loss overflow,additionally feeling exogenous pathogen,as evil factor staying,sputum crudum and metaplasia blood clot,which is changed to fire-syndrome and yun harm to invade five solid organs inner and resist five orrifice external,body fluid can not go in way,and change to dry. So it is treated by invigorating the deficiency of kidney and tonifying five zang organs, too, additionally treatment based upon syndrome differentiation according to differarent causes of diseases and pathological output.%肾阴虚五脏失养，五窍失充，复感于邪，邪气稽留，生痰生瘀，化火蕴毒，外阻五窍，内侵五脏，津液不行，变生干燥。故其治应以补肾阴为主，兼补五脏，并根据病因、病理产物的不同，随证治之。
