本文旨在总结盛丽先老师治疗小儿上气道咳嗽综合征中的鼻源性咳嗽经验.小儿上气道咳嗽综合征近年来的发病率在逐年升高,已成为小儿慢性咳嗽最常见的病因之一.在治疗上,中医药可减轻患者症状、减少复发次数,有着不可替代的优势.盛丽先老师根据本病临床症状,认为风邪恋肺,肺失宣降是本病主要病机,治当疏风通窍,宣降肺气,拟苍耳子散加味为主方治之,取得了较好疗效.%This article introduces professor SHENG Li-xian's clinical experience in the treatment of upper airway cough syndrome in children caused by rhinogenous dieases.
