[目的]综述近3年来中医药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的研究进展.[方法]通过检索近3年来COPD稳定期中医临床研究文献.对COPD稳定期的病因病机、辩证分型、治疗方法等作总结.[结果]提出COPD稳定期的病因病机为发作期外感时邪,损伤肺气,痰热瘀稽留,病程迁延日久,致使脾肾气虚,最终导致肺脾肾三脏脏气虚衰,气滞血瘀痰凝.治疗上以调补肺脾肾三脏,兼以化痰活血为主,亦可从肠论治,针药结合.[结论]中医药治疗COPD稳定期具有独特的疗效.%[Objective] Summarize the last 3 years of research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in stable stage. [ Methods ] By searching for nearly 3 years of COPD at stable stage of Chinese medicine clinical research literature, summarize the pathogenesis, dialectical classification, treatment method of COPD at stable stage. [Result] Pathogenesis of COPD at stable stage is infected of evil at the episode, then the lung Qi injured,phlegm,heat and blood stasis stayed, leading to course persisting over time, it caused kidney and spleen-Qi deficiency, eventually leading to the lung, spleen and kidney Qi failure, finally Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation. It can be treated on benefitting the lung, spleen and kidney, with resolving phlegm and blood stasis, also can be treated from the large intestine, combining medicine and acupuncture. [Conclusion] Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine has its unique curative effect.
