从TXB2与6-Keto-PGF1a探索慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者血瘀的形成因素

     

摘要

[目的]分析探讨慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(简称慢乙肝)血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1a (6-Keto-PGF1a)与中医舌色和苔色的关系,探求慢乙肝患者血瘀的形成原因,为临床诊治提供参考。[方法]选择2011年11月至2011年12月首都医科大学附属北京中医医院肝病门诊就诊的慢性乙型肝炎患者180例为研究对象,并与150例健康人作为对比,观察患者的舌色、苔色并记录其他四诊信息,同时采用放射免疫分析法检测患者血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1a水平,进行方差分析等统计分析。[结果]慢乙肝患者较健康人TXB2和TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢乙肝不同舌色患者血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1a和TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a存在差异并具有统计学意义(P<0.05);TXB2在不同舌色患者中以红舌>青紫舌>淡白舌>淡红舌为顺序;薄黄苔患者血浆TXB2和TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a较薄白苔存在差异并具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1a与慢乙肝患者舌色、苔色密切相关,舌色、苔色有助于判断血液运行状况,对临床辨证论治有一定参考作用。%[Objective] To detect plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1a of chronic hepatitis B patients and to analyse the relation with tongue colour and tongue fur colour, explore the formative factor of blood stasis in chronic hepatitis B patients. [Methods] 180 outpatient cases with chronic hepatitis B and 150 healthy human subjects were analyzed, the tongue colour and tongue coating colour were observed by doctors; the syndrome was analyzed; plasma TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1a were determined by radio immunoassay(RIA). Al data were processed by SPSS11.5. [Results] The patients had more plasma TXB 2 and TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1a than healthy human, the difference was significant. The TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1a and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1a were different in pa-tients with different tongue colour, the difference was significant. Pathogenic heat was the primary cause of blood stasis in chronic hepatitis B patients. [Conclusion]The tongue colour and tongue coating colour are useful for understanding the condition of blood running, it has guiding function for cliniced syndrome differentiation and treatment.
