椎间盘退变实验动物模型的研究发展与分析

     

摘要

[目的]椎间盘退变疾病的发病机理目前尚不明确,寻找一种理想的椎间盘退变的动物模型是研究该病的基础和关键.[方法]本文回顾并分析了近几年有关椎间盘退变疾病动物模型的国内外相关文献,就几种主要的椎间盘退变动物模型的建模方法及各自的优缺点作一综述.[结果]目前的文献报道及实验研究结果显示鼠和兔是现阶段较为理想的模型动物;造模方法可以分为四大类,退变的动物模型在发病原因和致病机理等方面还需进一步的研究.[结论]动物椎间盘退变模型和人类椎间盘退变之间的相关性和可比性还需要进一步研究发展,在选择和构建动物模型的问题上要根据实验的要求以及对临床实际的指导意义等方面考虑,科学谨慎的设计和构建动物模型.%[Objective] The pathogenesis of disc degeneration disease(DDD) is not clear, the basis and key of DDD study is finding an ideal animal model. [Method]This article reviewed and analyzed DDD animal models related literature in recent years. We reviewed advantages and disadvantages with several main methods of modeling the animal model of DDD. [Result] Current literature report shows the rat and rabbit are ideal animal models. Modeling methods can be divided into four categories, the etiology and pathogenic mechanism in DDD animal model still need further research. [Conclusion] The relation and compassion between DDD animal model and DDD human model also need further research. The choosing and constructing animal model problem need according to the experimental requirements and practical guiding significance for clinical considerations, and designing animal model scentically.
