魏跃钢教授治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床经验

摘要

Objective To sum up Pro. Wei Yuegang's clinical experience in treating psoriasis vulgaris of hot blood syndrome. [Method] By analysis to classical recipe cases, it states Pro. Wei's differentiation thought and clinical medication experience in treating psoriasis vulgaris of hot blood. [Result] In the mechanism of the disease, the location is in blood, in the first stage, it shows hot blood mainly; the clinical treatment centers on “clearing heat to cool blood and remove toxin”in the development stage, by using his own“Liangxue Jiedu Drink”. In the case here, the patient basical y disappeared the acne, his al symptoms were relieved. [Conclusion] Pro. Wei Yuegang has good cure effect on treating psoriasis vulgaris of hot blood with differentiation of signs, with guiding meaning to practical clinic.%[目的]总结魏跃钢教授治疗寻常型银屑病（psoriasis）血热证的临床经验。[方法]通过对典型验案的分析，阐述魏教授治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的辨证思想和临床用药经验。[结果]寻常型银屑病病机中，病位重于血分，其发病的起始阶段以血热为主；临床治疗寻常型银屑病进行期的主要治则为“清热凉血解毒”；用自拟方“凉血解毒饮”治疗。案例中患者经治疗皮疹基本消退，诸症缓解。[结论]魏跃钢教授治疗寻常型银屑病血热证，疗效显著，对临床实践具有指导意义。
