[目的]评价三部推拿法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。[方法]从三个临床中心，以颈性眩晕的各项症状积分为观察指标，分别运用三部推拿法、常规推拿法及尼莫地平对270例确诊为颈性眩晕的患者进行治疗，疗程前后观察临床症状评分及比较椎-基底动脉血流速变化。[结果]三部推拿法、常规推拿法及尼莫地平等三种方法治疗颈性眩晕其症状积分均有改善，治疗前后比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）；组间比较临床症状积分差值三部推拿组优于其余两组，常规推拿组优于尼莫地平组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；三部推拿法组总有效率达到93.33%，优于常规推拿组和尼莫地平组；三部推拿组患者椎-基底动脉的血流速明显改善，经比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论]三部推拿法可以有效改善颈性眩晕患者的症状，其整体疗效优于常规推拿法和尼莫地平，且起效更快。同时，三部推拿法对颈性眩晕患者椎-基底动脉的血流速改善效果更加显著，所以该方法值得临床推广应用。%Objective]To observe evaluation of three-position massage in the treatment of cervical vertigo.[Methods]Three clinical center will be prepared, with cervical vertigo symptom scores were observed, respectively, the use of three-position massage and routine massage and nimodipine of 270 cases of cervical vertigo patients for treatment, before and after the treatment, the observation of symptom scores and comparison of vertebral basilar artery blood flow changes. [Result]The results showed that the three methods of treatment of cervical vertigo symptom score before and after treatment group and there was significant difference between(P<0.05) the two groups after the end of treatment, the clinical symptom score difference of three-position massage group was significantly better than the other two groups(P<0.05), routine massage group was better than that of nimodipine group(P<0.05); cervical vertigo patients after three-position massage treatment, efficiency of 93.33%, significantly better than routine massage group and nimodipine group; three-position massage group of patients with vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity was improved obviously, the analysis had obvious statistical significance( P<0.05). [Conclusion]The three-position massage method can effectively improve the patients of cervical vertigo symptoms, the overall efficacy compared with routine massage and nimodipine and rapid onset; three-position massage on cervical vertigo patients with vertebral basilar artery blood flow speed improvement effect is remarkable.
