冬病夏治防治儿童哮喘社区管理模式的探讨

摘要

Objective] To explore how to establish and promote the community management model for the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma with winter disease in summer. [Method] Establish the network of management and technical guidance with the same working method through the cooperation between a centre hospital and three basic level hospitals. Make the community management model for the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma with winter disease in summer. By carrying out the activities of the "Home of asthma" to get enough source number, the community doctors take the information from regular follow-up and health education to develop and improve the community management model. [Result] Initially establish a suitable community management model for the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma with winter disease in summer. It can reduce the frequency of acute attack of asthma in children and reduce the outpatient intravenous infusion and the atomization treatment. The method can effectively improve the clinical efficacy. [Conclusion] The community management model for the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma with winter disease in summer can be established in our district and it is worth promoting.%[目的]探讨如何建立和推广冬病夏治防治儿童哮喘的社区管理模式。[方法]在区卫计局的监管和各社区卫生服务中心的参与下，利用省卫生厅医改项目平台，首先建立管理和技术指导网络，初步制定冬病夏治防治儿童哮喘的社区管理模式和具体内容，再统一工作开展的步骤与方法，选择3家社区合作医院做好培训，并初步建档，开展哮喘之家、冬病夏治策划，保证足够的病源，最后由社区医生定期随访、健康宣教等方式，使社区管理模式得以健全和完善。[结果]初步建立了一套符合本地区采用冬病夏治防治儿童哮喘的社区管理模式，降低了儿童的哮喘急性发作频率，减少了门诊静脉输液、雾化治疗，有效提高了哮喘患儿的临床疗效。[结论]冬病夏治防治儿童哮喘社区管理模式的建立，能有效提高儿童哮喘的防治效果，值得借鉴推广。
