校企合作框架下高职旅游管理专业毕业设计新模式的构建

摘要

It is a great try to construct a new mode, which is based on the cooperation between college and enterprise, in graduation design of tourism management major in higher vocational education. The new mode of graduation design is supported by ＇quaternary＇ practica! teaching system and the mechanism of ＂staff exchange and school and enterprise＇s mutual benefit＂ . It tries to realize the diversification in the time arrangement for the graduation project, topic selection, guide and evaluation, thus highlighting the practicality and applicability of the graduation project, which improves the personnel training system of tourism management major in higher vocational education.%构建校企合作框架下的高职旅游管理专业毕业设计新模式，是改革传统毕业论文写作的一个有益尝试。校企合作框架下毕业设计以“四位一体”实践教学体系为支撑、“人员身份互换，校企互惠共赢”的为机制，努力实现毕业设计时间安排多样化、选题多样化、指导多样化、考核多样化的新“四化”，进而突显毕业设计的实践性和应用性，完善高职旅游管理专业人才培养体系。
