试论新生代农民工抗挫折心理能力现状与特点

摘要

为探讨新生代农民工抗挫折心理能力现状与特点，采用“抗挫折心理能力问卷”对珠三角8个地级市453名新生代农民工进行调查。结果发现：新生代农民工抗挫折心理能力总体水平较高，各因子得分均处于中等偏上水平；新生代农民工的抗挫折心理能力存在着显著的性别差异、年龄差异和学历差异。%To inquire into the Pearl River Delta new generation peasant workers' ability to resist setback psy-chology and characteristics, this paper, by using"the ability to resist setback psychological questionnaire", stud-ied eight cities in the Pearl River Delta on the basis of a random sample of 600 new generation of migrant work-ers in the investigation. The result are as follows:The overall level of new generation peasant workers' ability to resist setback psychology of the region is stronger with the factor scores being in the average level;The ability to resist setback psychology has significantly gender difference, age difference and degree difference.
