工程机械液压传动系统故障分析及维护

摘要

The extensive use of hydraulic pressure technology in modern engineering machinery raises higher requirement on the maintenance of hydraulic transmission system. This paper summarizes the common malfunctions and the methods to diagnose the malfunctions of hydraulic transmission system. Based on the causes of malfunctions, this paper makes recommendations on the maintenance measures of the hydraulic transmission system.%　　现代工程机械广泛采用液压、液力技术，对加强液压系统维护保养提出了更高要求。归纳了液压传动系统常见故障及排除措施，总结了液压传动系统故障诊断方法，从故障成因出发，提出液压系统维护与保养方法。
