摘要

One kind of control strategy of hydrostatic drive system with multiple drive shafts based on PID parameter optimization of intelligent water drop is proposed in the Thesis to improve controlling effects of hydrostatic drive system in engineering machinery. First of all, research shall be carried out for system theory of stepless speed regulator in hydraulic machinery and then specify operating principle of hydrostatic drive with multiple drive shafts as well as block diagram of its mathematical model; secondly, specify torque model of engine output and then adopt PID parameter optimization strategy of intelligent water drop to realize optimum control of hydrostatic drive system with multiple drive shafts; in the end, simulation experiment is carried out to verify effectiveness of proposed method and it can be used to adjust constant speed of generator so as to produce electric energy at constant frequency.
