非婚同居之法律规制刍议

摘要

Since the reform and opening up, choose non-marital cohabitation of men and women more and more as a community of life between men and women, have become increasingly common and accepted moral and legal. Through legal means to regulate, adjust and guide the non-marital cohabitation, and properly handle all kinds of disputes arising there from, in order to achieve fairness and justice of the law, to protect the weak, to maintain stability and harmony, is the question of the rule of law in China's sense construct.%改革开放以来，选择非婚同居的男女越来越多，作为男女两性间的一种生活共同体，已逐渐普遍并且为道德和法律所接受。通过法律手段规范、调整和引导非婚同居关系，妥善处理由此引发的各种纠纷，从而实现法律的公平正义，保护弱者，维护稳定和谐，是构建法治中国的题中之义。
