两种劳动力转移模式成因的博弈分析

The re - adjustment of the industrial structure and uneven development of economy lead to large - scale labor migration in China. There are two different migrating methods： migration to developed coastal areas and employment of non - agricultural industries in its counties. Surplus labor would choose the most favorable migrating method to their own by evaluating various exterual conditions variable, which is continually changing and is a slow process to be recognized. The economic phenomenon is that labor is continually shifting between different methods. The evolutionary game mode could demonstrate the mechanism of economic momentum effects behind phenomenon.%产业结构调整和经济发展的不均衡导致了我国劳动力的大规模转移。具体转移模式有两种：流向沿海发达地区的异地转移和被当地县城经济非农产业所吸收的就地转移。劳动者会根据各种外在条件变量选择最有利于自己的转移模式，而这些外在条件变量是不断变化的，劳动者认知这些外在条件变量及其变化也是一个过程。作为经济现象而言就是劳动者逐渐并不断地选择和改变转移模式，进化博弈理论能很好地演示现象背后经济动力作用的机理。
