高校学习型学生工作组织建设的内涵

摘要

高校创建学习型学生工作组织，首要的是一定要抓住学习型组织的特征，因为只有抓住其特征并结合高校学生工作的职能和使命，才能赋予高校学习型学生工作组织准确的内涵，即：组织成员拥有共同愿景；组织结构精简、扁平、无边界；成员肯学习且善于学习；成员自主管理和自我创新；成员家庭与事业平衡；领导者扮演新角色；团队执着于“五项修炼”。内涵界定准确，建设实践才会有方向、依据和标准。%To construct learning student affairs organization in higher school,the key point is to grasp the characteristics of learning student affairs organization. Only when the characteristics are grasped and integrated with the function and responsibility of student affairs organization of higher schools,the exact connotations can be embodied in learning student affairs organization of higher schools,namely,the members of organization share the same will;organization systems are simple and flat and have no boundary;members manage and innovate on their own;members balance family and career;leaders play new roles;teams focus on“practicing five items”. When connotation is defined exactly,construction practice will has direction,basis and standard.
