我国房地产企业融资难问题分析

             

摘要

The real estate industry' s typical feature is the large capital occupation ; however, with the national efforts to control the real estate industry increasing, the capital demand of many real estate enterprises especially small and medium - sized real estate enterprises already amounted to be like hunger and thirst. Real estate enterprises should correctly understand the real estate regulation having long - term properties and analysis the existing financing means. Under the premise of in seeking diversified sources of funding and reducing financial risk, they should seek a suitable mode of financing in order to make full use of financial leverage effect and promote the healthy development of enterprises.%房地产行业典型的特征是对资金的大量占用,然而随着国家对房地产行业的调控力度的加大,许多房地产企业特别是中小房地产企业对资金的需求已达如饥似渴的程度。房地产企业应正确认识到房地产调控的长期性,并对现有融资方式进行分析,在寻求资金来源多元化,降低财务风险的前提下探寻适合自己的融资方式,以充分发挥财务杠杆的效力,促进企业健康发展。
