基于ADINA的滚柱超越离合器有限元分析

摘要

本文采用Pro／EngineerCAD软件建立了滚柱式超越离合器三维有限元计算模型，然后将模型导人有限元分析软件ADINA中对典型滚柱式超越离合器滚柱、星轮和套筒等进行有限元分析，得到其应力分布及最大应力，并对计算结果进行分析．为以后的研究和制造提供了必要的理论依据．%This paper establishes a roller overrunning clutch 3D finite element model with the application of the Pro / Engineer CAD software, introducing the model into finite element analysis software ADINA to make analysis of the typical overrunning clutch roller, the star wheel and the sleeve, and finally gets the data of its stress distribution as well asthe maximum stress. The paper also manages to analyze the calculating results, which provides a necessary theoretical basis for the future research and manufacture.
